Each pack contains between 150-200 seeds.
Great for salad mixes when harvested as young leaves. But this versatile edible can also be used in stir fries if grown into the matured variety.
Growing Method
Please note that Red Veined Sorrel is a slow growing Microgreen. Germination can take up to 2 weeks.
1. Use a good potting mix that allows good drainage. place potting mix in planter and moisten medium.
2. Sow an even amount of seeds on potting mix and cover seeds lightly with cocopeat or vermiculite.
3. Place planter in a brightly lit area to allow for germination. Make sure to keep medium moist throughout germination period.
4. Germination could take up to 2 weeks,
depending on weather.
5. Harvest when leaves are about 1-2cm.
Please store seeds in a cool, dry place when not in use.
