Shipping policy

For orders received before 5pm, Mondays-Fridays, we ship the next working day. For orders that are received after 5pm, we ship the day after. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays (before 5pm on Sunday) are shipped on Mondays. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.

Shipping is free for orders above S$70. For orders below this amount, we charge a nominal fee of S$6.5. All orders are sent via private courier service with tracking.

COURIER SERVICE

We engage third party courier service to fulfil our shipping needs. While Everything Green Pte Ltd (EVG henceforth) will do its best to ensure that delivery is done within the timeframe of 2-3 working days, EVG shall not be accountable for delays beyond its control such as, but not limited to, vehicle disruption, weather, etc. Our courier partners work long hours to ensure your packages are delivered and that often means delivery during non-working hours. If that proves inconvenient for you, please ensure that you state that clearly under 'Notes' at check-out. We do not accept specific delivery times such as 'only between 10am-11am or 2pm-4pm'. Please note that if you request for specific delivery periods such as only during office hours, it may result in a delay in your shipment.

COVID19

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the outbreak of COVID-19, which the World Health Organization officially declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020, has caused disruptions of logistics services as a result of, among other things, continued lockdown, closure/limitation of building entries, and resulting courier cancellations. EVG reserves the right to give the Customer notice that it will modify all or part of its courier services, to change its working procedures and the agreed rates, to charge surcharges or otherwise to take measures to adjust its business operations and obligations towards the Customer to the then prevailing circumstances arising as a consequence of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID -19). EVG will do its best to notify the customer and once given notice of such change, EVG shall not be obliged to perform services until mutual agreement on the change is reached. EVG shall be relieved of any liability under the Agreement if, and to the extent that, such liability is caused by the consequences of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
