How To Grow Microgreens In Singapore

This short video I created shows you how to plant your microgreen seeds. This applies to most small seeds. For larger seeds like Swiss Chard, Spinach, Cilantro, Sunflower, and Peas, you will need to soak your seeds for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight and then follow the steps in the video. In addition, for cilantro seeds, I have found that covering the seeds with a thin layer of potting mix after sowing the seeds does a better job in the germination process.
